You may request a return or exchange if your order meets the following conditions:

Original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoice must be included.

Items Not Eligible
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong product, a defective item, or an item damaged during shipping, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
Size Exchanges
Need a different size? Size exchanges are available subject to stock availability. The product must be unused and returned in its original condition.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method or another agreed method where applicable.
Return Shipping
